We use 2-hour windows to account for traffic, weather, and unexpected pet delays. If we’re running ahead or behind, we’ll contact you right away.

Do you need my home’s power or water?

No. Our van has its own generator, inverter, water tanks, water heater, and air conditioning to keep your pet comfortable.

Do you groom puppies and senior dogs?

Yes, we groom all ages. Groomers assess the time needed based on each dog’s condition.

Why is shaving sometimes more expensive?

Shaving a matted or dirty coat takes extra time and care to avoid hurting your pet and may cause wear and tear on our tools.

Do mats need to be shaved out?

It depends, severe mats often require shaving, as they can cause skin issues and hide conditions like hot spots or cuts.

How can I prevent matting?

Avoid bathing a tangled pet, it worsens the mats.

Brush and comb to the skin before bathing.

Focus on friction areas: chest, belly, armpits, and behind the ears.

Can I inspect the van or stay with my pet?

You can inspect the van from the door or windows. For safety and insurance reasons, only groomers can be inside our vans.
